I’m so sorry! I’m too late to write the post and I missed you all so much! A big magical hug from me to all :-). Well, this-worldly COVID-19 situation has created so much fuss, anxiety, stress, sadness among all.


I would like to ask you a question, may I?


Are you suffering from anxiety?


If your answer is yes, then how are you dealing with it? You might have an answer, or probably you are finding the answers from google.


Which is all right!


There are many horrendous reasons for the anxiety attack or just a few thoughts, which we keep on thinking. “To think is right but to overthink is a blight”. Your mind is home, you need to keep it clean. Your subconscious mind intimidates you, but you don’t have to be. It’s on us how we are harmonizing our conscious mind without the indemnity. As you eat food to keep you charge up all day long and you also exercise to keep you fit.

Trust me! If your mind is unhealthy, you are unfit. Don’t take me wrong, if you’re lacking peace and calmness; you need to rethink!


How to?


It can only happen when you will clean your mind and feed some greens and nice. I can help you but you have to be ready, are you?


Here are the few steps to be free from the anxiety…


1. Talkie-Talkie

Yes, you read it correctly! It’s an amazing therapy, trust me! It is a perfect time to reconnect with the people you almost unnoticed so long, because of your work schedule or if I can say some grudges! Here, I’m not being mean at all. You cannot make everyone happy, I agree, but you can say sorry and move on. Oh! What a life it would be with no regrets. Just imagine!!! Talk about the good old days and cherish them with your school and college friends, maybe ex-colleague and so on... Talk with your mommy, daddy, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, grandparents, whosoever, no matter who! Just walk and talk with a beautiful smile :-)


2. Let’s groove it

Move your body ... Shake your body ... Yea! I’m saying you to dance, it will not only help you be fit but also lift your mood. So, what are you waiting for ...? Go & play some jazz ...

3. Go Green

Do you have any space near your residence? Possibly, you live in an apartment and there is no space to plant a tree, sad? Don’t worry, I got a solution! Plant it up in a pot, simple! You can use any old bucket or an old unused pot. Is it filthy, clean it! Now, smile and start planting!


4. Read, Read, Read

In our school days our teachers used to give homework, “read chapter 5 times a day”. You know why? Reading helps us to enrich our vocabulary, speaking skills, memorizing spellings, and connect us with good thoughts. All brilliant entrepreneurs, speakers recommend reading at least a chapter once a day. Grab any book of your choice and start reading! Don’t have books, not to worry… There are few online sites and applications which provide you fantastic stuff, free! Please google and grab a book of your choice.


5. Scribble & gribble

There are a lot of memoirs of our childhood, friendship, street-corner, or might be any stories, thoughts, or poem which we always wanted to write but because there was no time, we never dare to do it. So, why not use this time, and penned down our thoughts, create some magical momentum? Remember! We’re all not so perfect, but we can try. Now, give me a high-five!!!


My dear darling does, I’m making a request this is not only about this global pandemic. In this rat race we are forgetting our routes, our family, our relationships; In fact, we are losing our self. Yes, it is important to earn money, fame to live an exemplary life. But at what cost? We don’t have to be ghoulish and we have to control the atrocity level.
